Arizona Latino Comission has identified a national software company with extensive experience and non-profit reporting (ACS) that has committed to partnership with ALC in the accounting and information management area.  They will provide the accounting and custom reporting software that is interactive through the Internet. (Appendix X)

It is acknowledged that many non-profits may have in place effective accounting systems that they will not want to replace.  These non-profits will use the custom reported software provided by ALC to report the following on a quarterly basis:

• The multiplied effects of grant funds.
• Specific reports on the spending of grant funds.
• The combined expenditures of the multiplied funds.
• The critical elements of success planned and achieved during the reported period.

For those non-profits that want to change their accounting system.  ALC and ACS will also make available Internet based accounting software designed specifically for the needs of the non-profits.  These packages will come with custom reporting features that will automatically provide all necessary ALC, state and IRS Form 990 reporting, information including:

• The multiplied effects of grant funds.
• Specific reports on the spending of grant funds.
• The combined expenditures of the multiplied funds.
• The critical elements of success planned and achieved during the reported period.
