Mission
To establish accountability for all public and private grant funds received by Arizona Latino COmmission and to equip the re-grant recipients to increase effectiveness and efficiency in the delivery of services to the people they are targeting to help.

Introduction
The armies of compassion program has been established to redirect existing federal expenditures intended to help the needy of the USA to the Faith-Based organizations because they have proven to be more effective and efficient than traditional delivery organizations.  It is important that we establish accountability within the grant receiving organizations without forcing them to deal with excessive "bureaucratic red tap," that will cause them to be less effective and efficient than they have been in the past.
