Coaches will work with the CEO to insure the quality of the accounting and CES information, interpret reports and evaluate progress in meeting the goals of the non-profit. They will also refer the non-profits to other resources and support that is available from ALC, other non-profit or government services. The coach is the key to keeping the grant recipient on target to accomplish their mission effectively. Teamwork brings success.
A coach should have the following skills and qualities of character:
-
Proficiency at interpreting financial information.
-
Have a heart for helping others.
-
Relate to the mission of the faith based organization.
-
Possess effective communication skills.
-
Be an experienced executive or consultant.
